Food Technology
LO: To be able to measure ingredients accurately
Starter We are practising our weighing skills. Talk about the units of measurement used for the recipe and discuss how they appear on the scales. Discuss why it is important to be hygienic when cooking and how to take special care when using knives for cutting. Work together following the recipe and measuring out the ingredients.

Starter Look at the posters of Wassily Kandinsky. Talk about the shapes and colours he has used in his pictures.
